  112年調查對象：

  1. 110學年度(110/8~111/7畢業)、108學年度(108/8~109/7畢業)、106學年度(106/8~107/7畢業) 各學制畢業生。
  2. 調查期間：即日起112年11月9日止。
  3. 填答方式：以網路及電訪方式填答問卷。
  4. 若大學、研究所或博班皆為本校畢業者，有可能同時填寫2份以上問卷，每填寫一份，分別各有一次獲禮物卡及抽獎機會。

• ​若尚未填答之校友，9月1日起將委託 遠見研究(較能配合晚上撥打或假日聯繫，故電話為02開頭)， 以電訪方式進行問卷填答。此資料僅供學術與校務研究之用，將依個人資料保護法規定嚴密保管與遵循法令規定處理，請 校友放心。

1. 畢業生流向調查是希望藉由校友提供相關資料，回饋給校、系所作為改進其教學、課程與學生服務---希望本校可以提供更好的教學或課程給學弟妹。
2. 藉以掌握本校學生最新的發展情形，使學術與實務得以接軌，達到學用合一之目標。
3. 配合教育部的政策與規定，每年進行畢業滿1、3、5年的校友追蹤。
4. 此調查是以校及系的角度出發。希望追蹤結果可掌握學生學習品質，並結合校內其他校務資訊，透過系統性的數據分析，作為學校永續經營、校務決策與資訊公開之依據。
5. 此調查有請系所電訪或負責聯繫系友，加強彼此感情。
6. 此資料僅供學術與校務研究之用，將依個人資料保護法規定嚴密保管與遵循法令規定處理，請校友放心。

    ​​Target interviewee for this year：

      Students ( including bachelor, master and PhD) who graduated in 2017/8-2018/7, 2019/8-2020/9 and 2021/8-2022/7.

1. Duration：From now till 2023/11/1.
2. Medium：Internet questionnaire or telephone interview.
3. Students who are granted multiple degrees from NCHU may fill out the questionnaire more than once. The awarded gift card and the chance of willing a lucky draw are proportional to the questionnaires filled.

    Prize：

1. The first 20% alumnus who fills out the questionnaire on or before 8/31 will receive a $50 convenience store gift card and will be notified by SMS before November.
2. The prize for the lucky draw: an iPad with a total of 3.

• Phone interviews to those who failed too fill the questionnaires are outsourced to an outside institute, and will start on 9/1.
• All the data collected will be used for administration and academic research only. And will be protected under the Computer-Processed Personal Data Protection Law.
