Course Description 本課程介紹如何利用農園藝作物的栽培與育種技術，開發高齡者在飲食、保健與休閒的需求，並將有研發實例的分享。最後將介紹如何整合相關研發成果於高齡者休閒農莊與農業活動(This course introduces how to use the cultivation and breeding techniques on the agricultural and horticultural crops for the needs of the elderly in diet, health care, and leisure, and will share research and development examples. Finally, we will introduce how to integrate the relevant R&D results into leisure agriculture activities.)
