[Note] This course is a course that must be taken first during the summer and then se-lected. Students who have not completed the course in advance are not allowed to reg-ister.

This course focuses on how sustainability can be promoted through diverse perspec-tives—including education, art, technology, and economics—within the context of globalization. The curriculum is closely aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Through keynote lectures, field visits, group debates, and digital workshops, students will explore topics such as commercial peace theory, the circular economy, biotech-nology and precision agriculture, and the role of artificial intelligence in education and sustainable development. Special site visits, including to the Huisun Experimental Forest Station and sustainability-focused agricultural centers, offer hands-on insights into ecological conservation and sustainable practices.
The course encourages students to think globally and act locally, emphasizing personal commitment and civic responsibility. By integrating academic knowledge with practical action, students will develop interdisciplinary thinking and the capacity to contribute to social justice and global sustainability.
