Course Description To enable students to understand the relationship between microorganisms and the environment, to introduce various types and characteristics of microorganisms related to the environment, to emphasize the metabolism, regulation, diversity, research methods of microorganisms, and the relationship between microorganisms and the decomposition of pollutants in the environment.

2.The top two students of this course (including this lecturing course and the lab) will be awarded a scholarship established by Prof. Chi-Mei Lee (Env. Engin students only).
