Course Description 真菌在生物技術、植物病理、食品科技、生物醫藥科技研究上均具相當重要之角色。本世紀之前50年真菌遺傳研究幾乎著重於遺傳現象之瞭解,本世紀後50年由於分子生物學及遺傳基因操作技術發展使得真菌遺傳研究有了突飛猛進的進展,因此本課程擬闡述真菌遺傳之基本原理,並以研究成功之例子進行說明,並闡述生物科技在真菌遺傳研究之進展及未來展望。
