Course Description 由同學選定特定題目上台報告,最後由同學及老師發問,並由老師針對相關缺失進行講評。指導學生如何準備及搜集資料,如何組織及表達論文內容,並依學生表現給與建言。

本課程旨在讓大四同學研讀最新食品、營養與生物技術之相關論文,並上台報告,以訓練同學基本之表達能力。訓練學生收集資料,組織內容,表達論文之能力。
