Course Description Proteins are essential materials in all organisms. Proteins are also involved in most biochemical reactions in cells. So, understanding
the composition and the chemical property of different proteins is critical to knowing the functions of proteins. This course focuses on introducing the chemical property of proteins and learning how to apply the information to study the function of proteins.
