Course Description 介紹蛋白質化學在近代的發展,應用蛋白質結構分析來了解蛋白質結構以及功能的關聯性,蛋白質實驗以及分析方法的應用,以及由實驗結果可取得的資訊。在學生取得基礎知識後,訓練學生如何閱讀分析此領域的專業期刊論文。(We will introduce the development of protein chemistry in recent years. The content will include protein structure, experimental techniques, updated research information, etc. Students will develop the fundamental knowledge required for their future usage in the protein-related field. Meanwhile, we will also train students to read scientific papers in protein chemistry efficiently.)
