Course Description 1. Internship training can be practiced in organizations/companies located either within Taiwan or abroad. However, English must be the language of communication used in the office to fulfill the requirements set by the Ministry of Education. This means that students can earn some credits if English is the primary language of communication in the organizations/companies. In this case, students can do their internship for a month, during summer vacation, or for a semester. If Chinese is the primary language of communication in organizations/companies, students cannot earn a credit.
2. Internship training is only part of the training opportunities arranged for students. It is not a required course. Therefore, NCHU and IBPA have no obligation to provide financial support for internship training.
3. Before the internship, students will need to submit an internship proposal to the IBPA internship committee for evaluation. During the evaluation, the committee will decide whether to approve this internship and the credits it shall earn. By the end of the internship, students will also have to submit a final report.
4. This 2-credit internship course is for 2-month internships or internships during the summer.
