Course Description 本課程介紹以水果為主之園產品自採收到消費者之間過程,其採後生理上的變化及因應的處理技術原則;並依作物特性(溫帶、亞熱帶及熱帶水果等)深入討論各作物之採後處理原則;介紹國內外採後處理技術之趨勢,並討論未來臺灣產業可前進的方向。

完成本課程,學生應具備:
1.了解不同類型水果之採後生理特性及其因應之處理技術。
2.了解果實採後處理之未來發展趨勢及食品安全相關之處理原則。
