Course Description 這系列課程會介紹縣市教育處可能想分析的議題，及如何在圖形化介面(GUI)中下指令操作其資料並找到可能的答案。
雖然 Power BI 簡單易用，但它不見得能結合其他所有需要的工具一起處理我們的問題，而直接探索用來開發 Power BI 的 SQL Server Analysis Services 對初學者而言又太複雜。為此除了專為開發者設計的 SQL Server 外， Microsoft 也於 Office 中提供較易入門的 Access 資料庫，在處理巨量資料的同時也提供介面讓人自由轉換滑鼠操作和結構化查詢語言(SQL)，並提供工具自動分析數據進行正規化，以自動化於 Excel 和 Power BI 中學會的資料庫基本概念。
In the series of Database System (I), (II), and (III), we will introduce educational problems posed by County and City Education Departments, and how to find possible solutions for these problems via graphical user interfaces (GUI) and programs.
Although Power BI is quite user friendly, it might not work with other analytic tools easily. While we know Power BI is developed by SQL Server Analysis Services, these services are a little bit too complex to learn for beginners. Fortunately, Microsoft not only provides SQL Server for developers, but also provides Access in Office for beginners and power users. While Access has the ability to handle big data, it also could switch between Design and SQL Views, and provides data analysis tools for normalization. Therefore, we could further automate the concepts learned in Database System (I) via an easy-to-use software.
