Through an interdisciplinary course model, including students from non-STEM fields, a systematic introduction to the university's semiconductor core facilities is provided. The course includes practical operation and demonstration of laboratory core facilities, aiming to equip students not only with basic relevant knowledge but also with hands-on experience and an understanding of how the equipment operates. The content emphasizes the integration of fundamental concepts with practical applications, and through the arrangement of cross-disciplinary facilities, students gain a deep understanding of key technologies in semiconductor manufacturing, enhancing their competitiveness in future industries.
