Course Description	本課程整合口說與寫作訓練，旨在提升學生的學術文本闡釋、口語表達與書面論證能力。學生將透過跨學科教材，深化文本理解並條理分明地表達觀點。此外，本課程強調自主學習，學生須制定並執行個人的課外學習。 This course integrates speaking and writing to enhance students' academic interpretation, oral delivery, and composition skills. Through cross-disciplinary materials, students will deepen text comprehension and articulate viewpoints coherently. The course also emphasizes self-directed learning; students must design and execute their own extracurricular study plans. Class Policy 1. Students being absent for 3 consecutive sessions without proper justification will be dropped automatically. 2. E-mail to notify the nature of your absence. 3. Make-ups for missing quizzes and final exam will be allowed with proper justification. 4. Respect your classmates’ beliefs and customs considering our diverse cultural environment. 5. Smartphones MUST be turned OFF / VIBRATION in class. Telephone answering is not allowed in class.
