Course Description 自1947年第一顆固態鍺電晶體發明後,矽半導體材料迅速發展,積體電路(IC)的元件數目如摩爾定律預測急遽成長,至今半導體材料已多元廣泛應用於各類電子產品。本課程首先講授各類電子材料之原理及應用,包含半導體、IC製程材料、記憶體材料、封裝電子材料、奈米、磁性、光學材料等,後續則介紹電子材料帶來之環境衝擊及因應的材料再生技術。

(1)期中測驗(35%):期中進行測驗,了解同學課程學習效果作為修正之參考。
(2)期末報告(50%):目的引導同學對課程應用於電子材料領域之認知。
