Course Description	This course develops students’ academic English listening and reading abilities with an emphasis on effective comprehension. Building on the interactive foundation of English Communication and Expression, it focuses on helping students understand lectures, articles, and academic multimedia materials by identifying main ideas, analyzing argument structures, and recognizing supporting evidence, tone, and stance. Through guided in-class tasks, collaborative activities, and strategy reflection, students strengthen their real-time processing skills and develop sustainable strategies for academic study and lifelong English learning.

By the end of the course, students will be able to: 1.
