Course Description In this course, students will learn the meaning of life, physical development and mental health issues related to each stage. The goal is to provide students with knowledge that will enable them to promote their own health, develop healthy lifestyles, and improve their quality of life from the perspective of preventive medicine. Consequently, they will be in the most comfortable biological, psychological, social, and spiritual condition.
