| Course Description |
The primary objective is to foster development and understanding of key agricultural business management issues and concerns. This course covers overview of agribusiness, overview of management, cooperatives, organizing function, financing, planning function, forecasting, controlling function, directing function, and selling. A simulated farm supply management game will be used to help understand and practice in this course. |
