| 課程簡述 | 這是藉由實驗操作來瞭解微生物的課程。課程中可以學習分離、培養微生物的技術，熟悉研究微生物基本的細胞、生理、生化等特性的方法，最後則為完成全套遺傳工程實驗。 |
