3. 經典文獻的批判性閱讀，引導學生獨立思考。Critical reading of classics papers to learn independent thinking.

研究計畫報告 60%
研究計畫報告將依據其內容是否有達到下列五項標準:
1.能清楚的陳述問題
2.能解構一個複雜的問題成為多個容易回答的小問題
3.能針對各單一問題建立可以驗證的假說
4.有能力判斷預期證據是否足夠支持假說
5.能清楚指出假說驗證方法的限制和可能的缺點
Participation in discussions 40%
Proposal report 60%
Research proposal will be evaluated based on the following five criteria:
1.Clear statement of the research topic
2.Dissection of a complex question into yes/no questions
3.Establishment of testable hypotheses for each single question
4.Ability to evaluate whether the expected evidence is sufficient to support the hypothesis
5.Able to point out the limitations and shortcomings of hypothesis-testing methods
