Course Description This course covers the fundamental principles and cutting-edge applications of vacuum microelectronics, including field emission theory, microfabrication techniques, and the unique advantages of operating in vacuum environments. Students will explore how vacuum microelectronics outperform traditional semiconductor technologies.
