Course Description This course covers principles and management practices utilized to attract, retain and motivate agricultural employees. Highlights interviewing techniques, employer/employee relationships, safety, legal issues, motivation theory, and environmental concerns. Includes development of team building and interpersonal skills via case studies and activities.
