日本農業大學研習概要:
東農大提供農業生態、森林療癒、食品科學與日本文化相關課程,內容著重以五感體驗的方式,儘量地深入淺出帶入學習主題,以呼應該校近年所重視「食農教育」的發展主軸。東農大另設立「食農博物館」,內容則展示各種不同種類之水稻、農具、雞、酒、醋及土壤等。其中,以模型展示水稻種植、釀酒過程、宴會飲酒等,如何由產地到餐桌的過程,凸顯「食農教育」與該校積極發展的農業主題:水稻與釀酒。各種酒類的收藏更是豐富,據聞已成為日本各大電視台取景的聖地。 |

筑波大學的課程重點之一則為近年該校之研發成果亮點:GABA 番茄,除請負責該研究之 Matsukura 博士介紹 GABA 基因轉殖番茄之研發過程與成果外,並參觀該校的植物創新研究中心(Tsukuba-Plant Innovation Research Center,簡稱T-PIRC)。 |
