Course Description	This course develops speaking and writing to enable students' academic interpretation and oral presentation skills. Students will gain the text understanding and articulate viewpoints coherently by systematic methods. Also, the course also emphasizes self-directed learning on iLearning platform. Students are required to finish the assignments by deadline. Students will give an oral presentation by schedule.
