Course Description The course is designed to introduce risk management, mechanism of mycotoxin-induced toxicities and diseases and detoxification methods of mycotoxins in animal feed. Topics include toxicological mechanisms, exposure modeling, and the development of biomarkers for monitoring. Advanced strategies for controlling, detoxifying, and mitigating mycotoxins, as well as to ensure safer animal nutrition.
