Course Description This course is based on collaborative learning. By participating in a class designed with this strategy or technique, students work together, each complementing the group with their strengths and learning from all. There is a positive interdependence between team members. It is about contributing so that everyone learns from the entire project.

The student will be responsible for reading all the chapters and supporting bibliography required for the preparation, development and delivery of the requested activities. We will read and respond from two points of view: "theoretical" and "reflective and practical". It will be a critical and purposeful reading.

Research and analysis of companies and business models within the national and international financial markets will be carried out, practical cases of companies of all sizes will be analyzed. Analysis of business practice will be carried out through readings of business magazines and specialized magazines. Practical cases of success and/or failure.
