Course Description It is important to understand the basis for common biotechnology in order to perform the techniques correctly. Therefore, in this course, we introduce several techniques that are routinely used in biomedical-related research, including cell culture, cytotoxicity assays, applications of flow cytometry, transfection, transformation, Western blot analysis, DNA/RNA analysis.
