| Course Description |
International Economic and Trade Law covers a broad tange of topics, encompassing international investment, international trade, and international finance law. Taiwan formally became a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2002, our laws and regulations have to comply with our WTO membership obligations. The core institutional purpose of the WTO is to promote the liberalization of global trade, and on matters such as tariffs on goods, trade in services, and intellectual property rights. This course focuses on examining the legal framework of international trade law, and we will discuss the current trends of international economic and trade law. |
