Course Description STEM與半導體微學分課程-(I) 晶片微影技術:邀請半導體相關產業,開設微學分課程,課程內容包含IC 設計慨論、半導體相關材料、設備、軟體 、綠色製造、科技管理、國際商管、人資、法律、專利、永續製造、循環經濟。透過業師授課的方式,不僅為學生提供最專業的半導體知識,同時也能強化學術與實務之間的連結,使學生更具備應對半導體產業挑戰的能力。這不僅有助於學生深化對半導體科技的興趣,也有助於培養更多具備卓越實務能力的半導體專業人才。目標在於直接切入半導體產業核心課程,培養具有相應專業知識、技能和素養的專業人才,滿足半導體行業之人力需求,協助相關產業的持續發展。
本微學分課程著重在探討晶片微影技術。
