Course Description Managerial Leadership focuses on the essential skills required to become more effective managers and leaders. The course emphasizes an in-depth introduction to and discussion of leadership theories, leadership research, and their practical applications in real-world scenarios. It aims to help students understand the core characteristics of leadership and how to effectively develop and apply leadership skills. Instructional methods include role-playing, case analysis, and self-assessment of leadership capabilities.
