Course Description The structure and function of lipid and its application in biotechnology.
In this course, we will also discuss the structure, function and application of various enzymes involved in the lipid synthesis pathway, as well as methods to improve the yield and quality of lipids using biotechnology such as protein engineering or gene transfer techniques. And learn the techniques for producing biodiesel from algae.
