Course Description “Seminar on Shakespeare” is a program available to both graduates and undergraduates who are interested in this field. It is a one-semester course focusing on the Bard’s selected plays, sonnets, and narrative poems.

This course will introduce students to Shakespeare's works of different genres and to relevant theories. Besides the reading texts, teaching materials include videos and DVDs of certain films, TV dramas, and theatrical productions. This class will therefore encourage students to approach Shakespeare's wit, language, and creation with curiosity, confidence, and imaginative point of views.
