Course Description This course provides the essential knowledge of financial management for business. The course includes: an overview of corporate finance, financial statement and long-term financial planning, valuation of future cash flows, capital budgeting, risk and return, cost of capital and long-term financial policy, short-term financial planning and management and some advanced topics in corporate finance.
