Course Description 同學選擇與食品科學相關之SCI期刊論文進行摘要撰寫及口頭報告,結束後同學及老師針對報告內容進行提問,授課教師對報告內容尚有不足處進行建議。並指導修課同學如何收集參考文獻,及以流暢的方式闡述報告之論文內容。
