Course Description This course introduces the concepts, definitions, and examples in the agricultural tourism sector and its business model. Emphases are on exploring the practical implications by visiting several agritourism farms in Central Taiwan, and assessing the sustainability of agritourism through integrative visiting and discussion. In additional to gaining the fundamental knowledge of agritourism sectors, students are expected to learn the principles and skills of “tour design and planning of agritourism”, and “interpretation with agritourism activities.”
