Course Description Students will select a specific topic to present on stage, and then receive questions from their peers and teacher. The teacher will provide feedback on any areas that need improvement. As a guide, students will be directed on how to prepare and gather information, organize and articulate their paper content, and receive advice based on their performance.

The purpose of this course is to allow senior students to study the latest research papers related to food, nutrition, and biotechnology, and present their findings on stage to train their basic communication skills. Students will be trained in collecting data, organizing content, and expressing their papers effectively.

Evaluation
1. The teacher will provide feedback, ask questions, and give grades for each presenting student.
2. All participating students will ask questions and give grades for each presenting classmate.
3. A written report is required.
4. Attendance will be taken into account.
