Course Description 教授學生與深開挖工程相關之施工、穩定係數計算、變位評估、建物保護措施與監測系統等內容。Teach students to understand deep excavation related construction method, stability analysis, displacement evaluation, adjacent building damage assessment and protection measure and monitoring

   02.Viewing multimedia materials related to industry and academia.
   03.Preparing presentations or reports related to industry and academia.
The student has to do a 5 to 10-min presentation subject to deep excavation at least 3 times in the course from Week 7 until the end of the term. Also, a line group has to be formed in order to pass the message to students successfully. Moreover, classes may be rescheduled to the weekend if necessary and only English will be used in the class.
Evaluation
Case study and presentation: 20%; Midterm and final exam: 30% each & other assignment and responses in the class: 20%
