Course Description 本課程深入介紹複合材料檢測技術,在設計及使用複合材料之前,首先要對材料的物性有所瞭解,材料檢測的目的就是在於提供材料的基本物性。本課程介紹最重要的幾種複合材料檢測技術,第一部份講述巨觀機械性質量測,包括有拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、撕裂、衝擊及開口破裂測試。第二部份講述微觀物性及檢測,包括有纖維單絲拉伸測試、纖維單絲截面積量測、樹脂物性、纖維/樹脂界面檢測、及複合材料損傷機制。第三部份講述巨觀非機械性質量測,包括有密度量測、纖維含有率量測、導熱性質量測等等。
