Course Description 本課程目的在於介紹微成型之理論基礎與元件量產製作的觀念,進而衍生相關學習特性,發展符合時代所需之製程技術。教學內容以微元件成型之基本原理與應用作起點,生產系統為分析骨幹,結合現有製程與搭配微機電系統技術應用,進行作量產元件之說明,以達實用之技術介紹。
