Course Description This course focuses on agricultural production and food processing at the same time. Most of the study will be focus on the hands-on implementation of the program, so as to experience the hardships of farming.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This course is a required course for first-year students, with priority given to first-year students in the program. Transfer students (second-year) may apply for make-up enrollment. Senior students (third- and fourth-year) are, in principle, advised to take other courses. In special cases, students should contact the instructor by email in advance and clearly state their year of study and request. Eligibility will be determined in accordance with course regulations.

Evaluation
The evaluation method will be as follows:
Attendance: 15%
Cleaning group: 15%
Cleaning of the pot and soil: you MUST clean your pot and soil or NO CREDIT
Farm production report (one page A4, at least two plants, personal report): 35%
Final presentation: 35%
