Course Description This course focuses on agricultural production and food processing at the same time. Most of the study will be focus on the hands-on implementation of the program, so as to experience the hardships of farming.

Cleaning group: 10%
Self-learning activity: 10%
Cleaning of the pot and soil: you MUST clean your pot and soil or NO CREDIT
Farm production report (one page A4, at least two plants, personal report): 35%
Food processing report (one page A4, at least two dishes, group report): 35%
