Course Description In an globalized society, an important ability of a legal professional is to be able to formulate legal writing that would advance their clients' position. Knowing how to draft and contruct a contract is an important part of it. This class will start with small writing projects while working towards other larger writing assignments. The purpose of this course is to improve student skills in legal writing and contract drafting. This course will be taught in English.

The purpose of this class is to build your writing ability and have you finish a number of legal writing projects by the time this class is over. We will start with simple writing projects and progress to more difficult writing projects. There are readings involved with this class that relates to the writing you need to accomplish.
