Course Description 一、瞭解人與動物體內礦物質之功能與調節。
二、瞭解礦物質元素過量與缺乏之後續影響。
三、瞭解礦物質交互作用有關之機制與部位。
四、研究礦物質營養狀態之分析方法且熟習影響礦物質利用性之因素。
1.Understand the functions and regulation of minerals in humans and animals.
2.Understand the subsequent effects of excess or deficiency of mineral elements.
3.Understand the mechanisms and sites of mineral interactions.
4.Study the methods of analyzing mineral nutritional status and become familiar with the factors affecting mineral bioavailability.
