Course Description This course is aimed at equipping students with skills and strategies for subtitling and translation. Students will be trained to apply
these skills by reading and discussing both subtitles and translated works from a wide variety of sources (feature films, documentary
films, film adaptations of literature, TED videos). Students are also encouraged to apply the skills by translating assigned films and
videos.
