Course Description	本課程之設計為漸進式之教學。 以三大主軸為主: (一)社區營造類包括1.社區總體營造的理念、概論; 2.社區營造分論與操作技術;3 .公部門社區營造政策推動與計劃說明及4.社區營造實務與案例分析。 (二)永續社區包含 1.永續社區的定義2. 永續社區的組成因素 (三)社區營造之實踐及創意方案之提案. 本堂課除了既有的社區企劃書實作外，並藉由實地參訪，分組實務操作及教導學生社區提案技巧，增加學生社會責任參與能力，以利於未來同學在參與社區營造前的基礎能力培養。 This course takes some empirical studies into class to enhance students comprehensions of Community Empowerment
