Course Description The course is designed to improve the English language proficiency and communicative competence of college freshmen through intensive and extensive reading, listening exercises, classroom tasks, oral presentations, and writing assignments. Evaluation
The grade will be based on midterm and final exams, assignments, oral presentations, and class participation. The percentage of each category will be as follows.
Midterm Exam 20%
