Course Description Formerly known as Freshmen English, this course sharpens academic listening and reading skills using real-world cultural content. Students will:

Master vocabulary and comprehension strategies via authentic multimedia.

Identify core arguments and implied meanings through interactive group work.

Develop critical thinking by interpreting and reflecting on global topics.

Learn to process and respond to information effectively in an academic environment.
