The use of pesticides in industrialized agricultural practices is deemed inevitable and necessary. Even if you do not directly apply them, you are likely consuming traces of them daily! Through this course, students will acquire insights into relevant policies and the characteristics of pesticides, as well as develop an understanding of food safety issues associated with pesticide usage. |
