課程簡述 組織行為是一門整合的學科，旨在從個人、團體、及組織三大層面探討員工在職場的種種行為表現。
Organizational behavior is a integration of disciplines, from the individuals, groups, and three levels of organization behavior of employees in the workplace.

本課程主要目標有三：
1.瞭解組織行為之重要性及其對管理實務之意涵。
2.瞭解組織行為相關之核心概念、理論與研究成果。

This course has three main objectives:
1. To understand the importance of organizational behavior and its implications for management practice.
2. To understand the core concepts, theories, and research findings related to organizational behavior.
3. To apply the systematic knowledge of organizational behavior to management practice.
