課程簡述	介紹傳統的死毒、減毒疫苗及現代的分子生物科技製作的疫苗，如次單位疫苗、DNA疫苗、合成之減毒疫苗等。課堂上亦會討論新疫苗開發過程中需注意之事項，如製作技術之選擇、佐劑之應用、動物實驗計畫、免疫反應及保護效力之評估等。 Introduce conventional killed and attenuated vaccines and vaccines prepared by molecular approaches, such as subunit vaccines, DNA vaccines, and reverse genetic vaccines. We will also discuss how to develop a new vaccine that includes the application of different approaches, the choice of adjuvants, the plan of animal studies, and the evaluation of immune response and protection efficacy.
