| 課程簡述 | Systemic introduction and comparison of common bioanalytical methods, their modes of action and biomedical applications. Understanding the structures of the analytical equipments, the theory behind each methods and learn the interpretation of the results. The goals are for students to be capable of correctly operating the analytical apparatus and developing specific analytical methods. 系統介紹並比較生物醫學常用分析方法的理論基礎及實際應用模式. 瞭解各分析儀器的構造, 分析原理, 操作方法及結果判讀. 以期學生正確選擇及使用分析儀器, 培養具備獨立改良或發展特定分析方法之能力. |
